Brenda Tsang

Brenda (Yuen Man) Tsang is the newest staff member of Leap Back Physio. Brenda brings a wealth of physiotherapy experience from Hong Kong where she graduated from University in 2003. Since
then, Brenda has worked in both the private and public hospital and outpatient settings, as well as
running her own clinic incorporating physiotherapy and acupuncture alongside Chinese Medicine.

Brenda is a strong believer in hands on therapy and has a keen interest in postural alignment
and muscle retraining. She believes the best treatment for relieving clients of their pain is the
combination of techniques such as hands on therapy, dry needling, exercise or Pilates rehabilitation. Brenda is a certified Pilates and Gyrotonic exercise trainer and is also qualified in dry needling.

Brenda is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and is happy to converse in any of these languages. In her leisure time, She enjoys practicing yoga, meditation and hiking. Brenda looks forward to meeting you at Leap Back Physio.


Jeremy Sun

Jeremy is a physiotherapist who is passionate in helping patients get back to the activities they love, utilising a combination of hands on therapy and exercise rehabilitation.

With his experience as a rehabilitation coach, Jeremy excels in using exercises to optimise recovery. Jeremy has experience working with patients pre and post surgery, all sporting injuries, and anyone looking forward to improving any pain and loss of function from everyday life. 

He completed his Bachelor’s of Exercise and Sports Science at Melbourne in 2021 and his Masters of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney.

Jeremy is fluent in both English and Cantonese and is happy to converse in either language.

Jeremy enjoys keeping fit at the gym, training in martial arts and playing his acoustic guitar. He looks forward to helping you recover from your injuries.


Catherine Barber

M. Physiotherapy, APA Member

Catherine has been practising in Melbourne and country Victoria for 16 years, in both the hospital and private practice setting. She has completed a postgraduate (master’s) degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, and has worked under the guidance of multiple Titled and Specialist physiotherapists. She is a member of the APA, including the sports, musculoskeletal and aquatic special groups.

Catherine has many years of experience teaching pilates based exercises for both health and fitness, and also in specific rehabilitation programs.

In conjunction with specific exercise rehabilitation, Catherine is a strong believer in hands on treatment to assist with optimal recovery times for the patient. She has extensive experience in rehabilitation, including sporting injuries, spinal complaints, accidents and post-operative management, neurological conditions and “everyday niggles.” In her spare time, Catherine loves to keep fit by running and practicing yoga for optimal muscle health. She looks forward to helping you bounce back from your injuries.


Amy Haddock

B. Physiotherapy, APA & SPA Member

Amy Haddock is the lead physiotherapist and founder of Leap Back Physio. She has over 23 years experience working as a physiotherapist with a focus on sports injuries and management. She graduated from La Trobe University as a physiotherapist in 1999 and has worked in both the public and private settings in the UK and Australia. Amy’s additional training includes needling, Pilates and hydrotherapy. She is also a titled sports and exercise physiotherapist.

Amy’s philosophy is to be able to assist all patients towards achieving their goals, whether that be rehabilitating from an injury, going back to the gym, playing in a grand final or maintaining a fitness program. She has a strong focus on manual therapy techniques in conjunction with exercise rehabilitation.

Throughout her career Amy has had experience as a physiotherapist for multiple sports teams including AFL, soccer, rugby, tennis, swimming and cricket. She takes a problem solving multi-faceted approach to any injury and looks forward to helping you leap back to your ultimate goal.
