We use a combination of exercises on reformers and on the mat. You will be given an individual program which has been designed specifically to address your body’s needs. All the classes are run by our physios and all patients are given an initial assessment to ensure they are able to activate their core correctly in a variety of different positions.

During the classes we use a combination of reformers, mats, swiss balls, theraband, resistance rings, foam rollers, hand weights, a bosu and xrslides. ( see This enables us to provide a program that is functional to your needs, flexible and fun so you don’t get bored. We also have a swimming specific program which has been specifically designed to enable you to activate your core better whilst in the water.

Leapback Physio has four Pilates classes running per week with a mixture of males and females, adults and adolescents. Pilates is for everyone. In our current classes we have a combination of patients from manual jobs, stay at home mums, sedentary professionals, to experienced golfers, rep basketballers and national level swimmers. Whatever your ability I look forward to helping you get the results you desire in a challenging but fun filled class environment.

Classes are run for the duration of the school term and cost $25 per class which is payable by the term only. There is one make up class at the end of each term if you miss a session. If you’re still not sure please read a testimonial from a current patient who has only been doing pilates for 6 weeks.
